The effective date for the Check 21 Act is October 28, 2004. The objective of this site is to share information about the requirements of the Act and to provide information designed to enhance your institution's preparation to successfully implement Check 21. Implementation Aids is designed as a living resource that will be modified and enhanced as new and/or improved information is available.
