Transmission of Images of Saving Bonds for Redemption by U.S. Treasury Department

The Federal Reserve as fiscal agent of the U.S. Treasury announced that they will begin accepting images of U.S. Savings Bonds.

ECCHOTM Rules were updated effective April 16, 2012 to allow two Members to transmit Saving Banks for subsequent transmission to the Federal Reserve for redemption and payment. These Rules will later be incorporated into the Complete Rule Set.
