How to Join
Full Members
A Full Member should execute the appropriate membership agreement and submit along with the appropriate membership fee of $200,000 to ECCHOTM. These items must be received by ECCHOTM before the membership is active. For more information click here.
Participating Member
To become a Participating Member the institution should execute the appropriate membership agreement and submit along with the appropriate membership fee of $50,000 to ECCHOTM. These items must be received and approved by ECCHOTM before the membership is active. For more information click here.
Affiliate Members
The Affiliate Member should execute the appropriate agreement and submit it to ECCHOTM through their Full Member affiliate. The Affiliate Bank must have its application for membership accepted by ECCHOTM before the membership is active. For more information click here.
Associate Member
To become an Associate Member the institution will need to execute the Associate Member agreement and submit it along with the appropriate membership fee based on the total deposits of the institution. To obtain the fee for this type of Membership, please call Scott Miller (406-442-4994). Both the agreement and the fee must be received and approved by ECCHOTM before the membership is active. Sponsored Members
A Sponsored Member is sponsored by an authorized Sponsoring Organization and executes the appropriate membership agreement. The agreement must be received by ECCHOTM before the membership is active. If your organization is ready to join and has identified its Sponsoring Organization, please complete this form and forward to your Sponsor for completion. Your Sponsor will forward to ECCHOTM and request membership activation.
Sponsoring Organizations
A Sponsoring Organization should execute the appropriate agreement with ECCHOTM. There are no fees associated with becoming a Sponsoring Organization. This agreement must be received by ECCHOTM before the sponsorship is active. For more information click here.
