ECCHO Refund Policy
- Please cite your invoice number when requesting a refund
- Unless applicable shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable
- If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the partial only
- Purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card within 3-5 business days of approval
- If paid by check, a check will be mailed and you can expect to receive your refund check within three (3) weeks of request.
Training and Course Purchases
All payments for training purchases are made in advance. The payment will be fulfilled at time of purchase/registration. Refunds can only be made if the cancellation request is received a minimum of 24 business hours prior to the training occurring. In this case you will receive a full refund of all fees paid less a $25.00 cancelation charge. Once training has occurred, if an individual was unable to attend, the individual will be allowed to reschedule to the same training on a different date or a comparable training through the same training provider. No refunds are available after attendance. Payments will be made in U.S. dollars. All training will occur inside the US. Some training only occurs via webinar. If this is the case, this will be specified on your receipt and on the training/course description upon purchase. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if numbers registering are too low to create the appropriate value, in our assessment, for attendees. If we make this decision, we will notify you and make a full and immediate refund or allow you to reschedule for an alternate date. All refunds are made from cleared funds.
Certification Exam
All payments for certification exam are made in advance. The payment will be fulfilled at time of purchase/registration. Payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Exams will occur inside the U.S. and in person. There may be training associated with an exam that the exam registrant may fulfill prior to exam sitting.
